INCLUDED IN THE RATE
Utilities, air conditioning, bed and bath linen, one private parking space, final cleaning for weekly stays, courtesy kit, half-liter bottle of water upon arrival
NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATE
Extra cleaning (rate to be agreed based on the requested service), extra bed linen (€8/set), buffet breakfast (€15/person), beach package (surcharge subject to seasonal availability).

Guests are required to pay the tourist tax in addition to the accommodation rate
FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN
Cots are available for young children; as availability is limited, their use must be reconfirmed by the Reception at the time of booking
PETS
We are pet-friendly; guests staying with pets are required to pay a €30.00 surcharge per stay for sanitation
PARKING
Parking is private and located within the property, but unattended. Each unit has its own numbered parking space. Access to the parking area is via a barrier operated with a personal card
WI-FI
Wi-Fi connection is free of charge
NIGHT ACCESS
To access your accommodation from the main entrance, your personal entry card is required

We have an agreement with the Il Lido beach resort in Marina di Castagneto; for further information, please contact the reception
CANCELLATION POLICY
BOOKING CONDITIONS
The booking becomes binding only after payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total accommodation cost.
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival, together with the tourist tax

STAY DATES
If the accommodation is not occupied within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date and no communication is received by the management at info@casoneugolino.it, the management reserves the right to re-let the accommodation. No refund will be granted.
PAYMENT OF BALANCE
The remaining balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival; payment can be made in cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Payment of the balance by bank transfer is not accepted
WITHDRAWAL
In the event of cancellation or changes to the stay communicated at least 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, guests are entitled to a 100% refund of the deposit paid. From the 14th day before arrival, the 30% deposit will be retained. Notification must be made in writing by the booking holder and sent by email to info@casoneugolino.it
REFUND METHOD
Refunds will be made by bank transfer. The following details will be required: bank name, city/country/address, IBAN code, and SWIFT/BIC code. Bank charges are borne by the booking holder.
DAMAGES
Any damage caused to the accommodation or furnishings will be charged accordingly.
MINORS
In accordance with the law, minors may not access the property alone and must be accompanied by their parents. Delegations are not accepted

Check-in: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Check-out: 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Late check-in or early check-out must be arranged with the front desk reception.
